Our Philosophy . . .
What we do outside of work is so much more than our time off. We believe it is a critical component of our personal and collective mental health. Emphasizing behavioral activation, we encourage our residents to make the most of life, intentionally engaging in activities which that foster wholeness. This includes seeking exercise, artistic expression, culinary therapy, learning new skills, protecting time for sleep, focusing on the role of faith in our lives, connecting with others, and so much more.
